The Next Steps section on the Homepage enables you to accept or reject offers that have been made for applications that have been submitted.
When an offer has been made, the status of the Offer Made indicator for the course will be complete, and the Offer Accepted indicator highlighted to inform you that you can accept or reject the offer.
In the Next Steps section, you can:
Accept an offer

Click the Accept button for the required offer in the Next Steps section.
A message is displayed so you can confirm you want to accept the offer or cancel the process if required.

Click Yes.
A message is displayed confirming that the offer has been accepted.

Click Close to close the message.
The following updates will also be made:

The Next Steps section will be updated to inform you the institution will contact you with further details
-
The Offer Accepted indicator for the relevant course will be set to complete in the Application Progress section

Reject an offer

Click the Reject button for the required offer in the Next Steps section.
A message is displayed so you can confirm you want to reject the offer or cancel the process if required.

Click Yes.
The Rejected Offer page is displayed so you can select a reason to reject the offer.
Note: If you select Other from the drop-down list, you can also enter details of the rejection reason in an additional field.

When the required rejection reason is selected, click the Confirm button.
A message is displayed confirming that the offer has been rejected.

Click Close to close the message.
The following updates will also be made:

The Next Steps section will be updated to inform you the institution will contact you with further details

The Offer Accepted indicator for the relevant course will be set to rejected in the Application Progress section
